A lovely family we’ve worked with in the past reached out to us for a new project: gut renovating part of their farmhouse in Franklin, TN. The primary challenge was their original kitchen’s minimal storage, with only one full wall. To maximize storage, we transformed a pass-through space off of the existing kitchen into a secondary, smaller kitchen —— equipped with all the necessary appliances and additional storage.

We also removed and replaced the existing fireplace to match the home's aesthetic, and incorporated built-in storage there as well. In addition to those changes, we gutted and revamped all of the bathrooms in the house, incorporating timeless finishes throughout. The result is a farmhouse-inspired aesthetic with timeless touches, feeling right at home on the Natchez Trace.
