Our dear friend Holly Williams reached out for our help on a project for a fellow country artist near and dear to her heart, located in the picturesque town of Leipers Fork, Tennessee.

The design intent was to create a standalone guest house for the owners' family and friends that offered a private, cozy, and memorable environment matching the Southern hospitality the hosts provided.

This historic home's classic design provided a strong foundation for our renovation. We started by customizing architectural details that highlighted the building's original 1936 style.

Layering in everything from custom millwork, tile, wallpaper, paint, furnishings, and fixtures to decoration and final touches, we designed each element of the guest house with care and attention to the guest experience. Holly served as our de facto client on behalf of the homeowner, providing feedback and final approval for each concept we dreamt up.

The result of our project is a warm, welcoming retreat with a healthy dose of personality and charm.
